By Dolores Quintana

You can find pork belly specialties and what’s known as the main event or Bangkok steak, BBQ pork collar, and Khao San Road Khao Mood Dang or Thai Chinese street food with pork two ways, BBQ pork and crispy pork belly as well as the familiar sour sausage dish, Sai Krok Isan and classics like Pad Thai and spring rolls.
