“Ratatouille” coming to the big screen July 1
Outdoor movies have returned to the Skirball Cultural Center!
“Enjoy movie magic under the stars with a lineup of fan-favorite films that highlight themes of Skirball exhibitions past and present!” the Skirball said.
The screenings kicked off last weekend with a showing of “Galaxy Quest ” and will continue on July 1 with “Ratatouille” and on July 15 with “When Harry Met Sally.”
Screenings begin at 8:30 p.m. The cost is $20 for general admission; $10 for members and full-time students and free for children under 12. Reservations recommended, the Skirball noted.
“Before each screening, check out the exhibitions “I’ll Have What She’s Having”: The Jewish Deli, Talking Back to Power: Projects by Aram Han Sifuentes, and Visions and Values: Jewish Life from Antiquity to America. Then, enjoy cocktails, wine, beer, and light fare available for purchase,” the Skirball said.
