A police chase involving two suspects in a black SUV that began today in the Mid-City section ended when the suspects’ vehicle struck a parked car in Cheviot Hills and they tried to flee the scene on foot.
The time when the chase ended at Manning Court and Woodbine Street was not immediately known, Officer Ricardo Hernandez of the LAPD’s Media Relations Section said.
The pursuit began at 9:05 a.m. in the area of Crenshaw and Venice boulevards, Hernandez said.
A woman inside the black SUV had complaints of pain, he said.
