Developer proposes project at 1650 S. Westwood Boulevard.

A new development has been proposed at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Westwood Boulevard as reported by Urbanize Los Angeles.
This proposed building would take the place of a commercial building from the 1970s which would be demolished along with a parking lot behind the building. The new structure would be filled with 60 studio and one bedroom apartments and an underground parking lot would hold 31 parking spaces on two levels.
AFCO Design is the designer of record for this development and AFCO’s design of the ever-popular low rise, contemporary style. On the upper floor, tenant amenities include a community room and a gym. The project would be located at 1650 S. Westwood Boulevard.
David York of the Pacific Palisades company York Enterprises is the project applicant according to city records.
