Recently Renovated 4-Bedroom Apartment on the 35th Floor of Iconic Century Condo Tower in LA Hits Market

4-bedroom apartment on the 35th floor of the Century condo tower hits market for $13.9 million

By Dolores Quintana

For $13.995 million, you could be the next owner of the newly renovated eyrie in the Century Tower on the 35 floor of the prominent condo building designed by Robert A.M. Stern as reported by Mansion Global.com in Century City.

Listing agent Geoffrey Frid, of Compass, said, as quoted by Mansion Global, “It’s the best building in Los Angeles, because of the combination of amenities, the security and just the quality of the build. It’s 24-hour guard-gated and they are very, very strict with the entrance,” he said. “It’s a very secure building.”

Amenities at the Century Tower include valet parking, a full-service concierge, fire pits and fireplaces for outdoor dining on the Tower’s four acres. Frid added, as quoted by Mansion Global.com,  “It really, really truly is a resort within itself.” There is a huge pool that is 75 yards long with private cabanas.

The condo is furnished and has a grand total of four bedrooms, which is not something that is standard with most of the units in the building. The listing agent gushed that the condo has great views that stretch from Downtown Los Angeles to the Hollywood Hills. The unit has double doors at the front entrance with a huge living room area that contains a fireplace and a wall of glass windows looking outside over the city and out to the Pacific Ocean. There is yet another fireplace in the dining room and one out of three of the condo’s balconies has the unit’s third fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances, marble countertops, an eat-in island and a sitting area.

The building also has a service entrance and a laundry room and a storage area.

The Century Tower is a haven for the rich and famous and has housed such luminaries as Paula Abdul, Elizabeth Berkley, Nobu Matsuhisa, Matthew Perry, Rihanna, Candy Spelling and Denzel Washington. You can check out the listing here.
