Sarah Shaw of JMB Realty has been appointed the new chair of the Century City Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors.
Shaw serves as the chief-elected officer of the Century City Chamber of Commerce and presides at all meetings of the membership, board of directors and executive committee. Shaw’s overall objective is to continue the success of the Chamber by finding new, innovative ways of bringing people together from all types of business to network, do business together, share information, find common interests, and be more involved in the community where they live and work.
The Chamber has also launched a new member platform on its website. The new platform provides an easy way to connect with other members and gives members increased visibility in the community. New features include a member directory with staff headshots, the ability to register for events, post special offers and job postings and pay membership dues.
There is also a members-only social feed to post texts, links, photos and videos.
