Singer Robin Thicke’s marriage to actress Paula Patton will be officially over next month, with the couple reaching a settlement in their divorce case.
Patton, an actress whose roles include “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol,” filed for separation in Los Angeles Superior Court from the vocalist in early 2014 after nine years of marriage. Patton then filed divorce papers Oct. 3.
On Tuesday, Patton filed additional documents stating the pair had worked out agreements regarding the ownership of shared property, custody of their 4-year-old son Julian and spousal and child support.
Details of the settlement were not divulged in the court papers. The divorce will be finalized April 14.
Recently, Thicke lost a copyright infringement case concerning his “Blurred Lines” song. He and co-writer Pharrell Williams were ordered to pay $7.3 million to Marvin Gaye’s children after a federal court jury found the two illegally sampled Gaye’s 1977 song “Got To Give It Up.”
