LOS ANGELES (CNS) – A man working at a medical marijuana dispensary in
South Los Angeles was shot in a leg tonight, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 9:35 p.m. at the medical marijuana
dispensary at 5411 South Vermont Ave., said Sgt. Rick Rodgers of the Los
Angeles Police Department’s 77th Street Station.
Three men were “posing as customers when a fight ensued and they shot
the employee one time in the leg,” Rodgers said.
The suspects took two handguns and some money, he said.
The victim was taken to a hospital where his vital signs were stable,
Rodgers said.
