The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County was $4.134 in Los Angeles County, and $4.112 in Orange County, today.
The daily survey, conducted by the AAA and Oil Price Information Service, showed a two-tenths of a cent increase in L.A. County today, and a one-tenth of a cent increase the day before.
The L.A. average price is one-tenth of a cent less than one week ago, 3.1 cents lower than one month ago and two-tenths of a cent below what it was one year ago.
The Orange County average price rose one-tenth of a cent today. That is the second consecutive slight increase, after decreasing three consecutive days.
The average Orange County price is unchanged from one week ago, 3.6 cents less than one month ago and six-tenths of a cent lower than one year ago.
