Restaurant Offers Petrossian Caviar Service
Beverly Hills has a new addition to its food and drink scene with the opening of Sur Le Vert, a wine bar located at 235 N. Canon Drive. Owned by Nicole Dougherty and Zach Negin, who also own Tabula Rasa Bar in Los Feliz and Tabula Rasa Shop in North Hollywood, the establishment offers a unique dining experience to the area.
Headed by Chef Ben Stephens, formerly of Acquerello and La Folie, the kitchen serves up informal “snacks” like cheese and charcuterie boards, warm marinated olives, marcona almonds, salads, and a variety of crudos.
The menu also features light main dishes, including seared chicken breast with fines herbes sauce and arugula salad, a seared chicken breast sandwich, grilled cheese and tomato soup, and a 35-day aged Creekstone Farms NY Strip 9.5 oz steak. Desserts include Crémeux au Chocolat with jasmine whipped cream and dulcey pearls, and the highlight of the menu, Petrossian caviar service with all the bells and whistles, offering Royal Daurekni and Royal Ossetra caviar.
Sur Le Vert is not the typical Beverly Hills restaurant. It offers wines from smaller family-run wineries, many of whom have been making wine for generations. The establishment’s all-day menu is crafted using only the highest quality ingredients. The wine bar is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Their motto, “meaningful wine and exceptional food and service,” highlights the establishment’s commitment to delivering the best dining experience for their customers.
