SoCal Food Truck Opens Restaurant Location in Mall Food Court
Thai Mex Cocina, known for its passionate fusion of Thai and Mexican flavors, has opened its doors at Westfield Century City Mall, marking a significant transition from its SoCal food truck origins.
Indulge in a culinary collision of cultures as Thai Mex Cocina presents an array of fusion creations, including tacos, quesadillas, and noodles infused with both Thai and Mexican flair. The restaurant, located at The Dining Terrace on level two of the Westfield Century City Mall, promises a flavorful fusion experience.
While the food truck will continue to roam SoCal, serving Thai Mexican food at various pop-up and private catering locations, the new restaurant at Westfield Century City offers a more permanent home for patrons to savor the distinctive fusion cuisine.
In addition to the opening, Thai Mex Cocina has announced that the food truck will make an appearance at the Ivy Station Night Market in Culver City on Friday, March 8, from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
