Tracey Edmonds Sells Century City Home

“Extra” TV host, Tracey Edmonds, has sold her Century City town home for $1.345 million. Edmonds bought the home for $1.165 million only a year ago.

Built in 1980, the 2,200 square-foot garden unit is situated in a gated complex and includes a three-car garage with direct access to the home. It also boasts a private balcony and patio.

The two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit also has a living/dining room with a wet bar.

Living spaces include an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, a living/dining room with a wet bar, two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
