2023 opening slated for popular health-centric restaurant

Another new establishment is joining the crowd at The Westfield Mall in Century City. True Food Kitchen will open a new location soon at 10250 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 1400 as reported by What Now Los Angeles. According to the website’s report, the estimated date when the ninth True Food Kitchen will open is sometime in 2023. True Food Kitchen already has locations in El Segundo, Pasadena and Santa Monica.
True Food Kitchen’s website describes the restaurant as a seasonal restaurant and scratch bar and goes on to further elucidate the restaurant’s mission by saying, “At True Food Kitchen, our menu is carefully crafted so that every bite and every refreshing sip serve up big flavor, an abundance of fresh ingredients and a taste of the unexpected. Our artisan chefs create crave-worthy classics alongside a steady rotation of seasonal offerings that take advantage of naturally ripe fruits and vegetables so their flavor is full and their nutrients, rich. Creative, hand-crafted beverages built around seasonality, quality ingredients and simple preparations complement every occasion from brunch, lunch, dinner and, of course, dessert. Always room for dessert.”
The restaurant’s menu truly is seasonal, with the Fall 2022 menu as the current menu, and includes burgers and sandwiches, salads and bowls, pizzas, entrees, desserts and a weekend brunch menu. Some examples are Forbidden Poke Bowl with wild-caught tuna, forbidden rice, avocado mousse, cucumber, jalapeño, scallion, citrus ponzu, edamame, umami powder and a Fall Pesto Pasta with seared mushroom, roasted acorn squash, marinated pepper, parmesan, cilantro pumpkin seed pesto.
