Victim in stable condition following Monday incident
A shooting victim in a Cheviot Hills-area home invasion this week is in stable condition, authorities say.
According to the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), the incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on the 3300 block of Robertson Boulevard. Officers responded to find a male victim with gunshot wounds who was rushed to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
According to police, the suspect stole two gold chains and a Rolex watch.
The suspect is described by police as Black man his 20s, wearing a black ski mask and armed with a semiautomatic handgun.
