The newest Video & Audio Center location officially cut the ribbon for its store in the Westfield Century City Mall on May 22.
Replacing the former Sony store storefront, Video & Audio Center held a sale of Sony’s Ultra HD televisions, amongst other products, as part of the ribbon cutting opening.
Reportedly attending the ribbon cutting event was Sony Electronics’ president and CEO Mike Fasulo, Consumer Electronics president and CEO Gary Shapiro, and other executives.
The store announced sales of the Sony Ultra HD televisions exceeded expectations. Also reportedly doing well was the Sony Ultra HD camcorders.
Also available at the newest Video & Audio Center location are Sony’s Xperia Z2 tablet and the Z Ultra LTE smartphone.
Video & Audio Center has three other locations: Santa Monica, Agoura Hills, and Lawndale.
The Westfield Century City Mall is located on Santa Monica Boulevard near Avenue of the Stars.
