The class will guide participants through crafting both seafood and vegetarian versions of the iconic Spanish dish
Food enthusiasts will have the opportunity to master the art of Spanish paella at a hands-on cooking class hosted by Violet restaurant on Friday, July 11 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Led by Chef Manifa Nazarian, a French-trained chef and Holistic Nutrition Consultant with over 15 years of experience, the class will guide participants through crafting both seafood and vegetarian versions of the iconic Spanish dish. The evening’s menu also includes Spanish-inspired flatbreads, Violet’s signature green melon gazpacho, a simple arugula salad, and Violet’s Basque cheesecake for dessert. The experience features chef demonstrations, hands-on activities, a full meal, and a complimentary first glass of expertly paired wine.
The class, open to all skill levels, is priced at $165 per guest, with an 18% service charge added at checkout. A 10% discount applies for those purchasing the full series.
