The fourth annual Women’s Leadership Counts Conference will focus on the theme, “Talent Innovation – Going Beyond Unconscious Bias to Lead Generational Diversity,” and promises to feature six expert speakers who will share how effective leaders are managing their talent across generations.
The event is slated to take place at the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City at 2151 Avenue of the Stars on Thurs. Nov 2.
The conference is presented by the Japan America Society of Southern California and several corporate sponsors, including presenting partner, Global Organization for Leadership and Diversity.
“Companies today have workforces that can include up to five different generations,” Hiroko Tatebe, chair of the Women’s Leadership Counts Conference said in a statement. “We feel it is a critical time to share how successful leaders maximize the talents of these very different generations.”
Conference keynote speakers are Kay Iwata, founder and president, K. Iwata Associates, Inc. and Rachel Moore, president and CEO, The Music Center.
