Latest new 40-story development at 10000 Santa Monica Blvd. entitled Ten Thousand, is set to become one of the priciest rental properties in the city when it is completed in September 2016.
The cheapest apartments will rent for $8,500 per month, while a top floor penthouse will set you back a cool $25,000 per month.
Many of the apartments will offer private balconies and all have designer kitchens, stone finishes, open floor plans, spacious California closets, and two-and-a-half baths.
For this princely sum you’ll have access to 75,000 square feet of amenities including a 75-foot lap pool with underwater speakers, a sauna, fitness center, spa, private screening room, tennis court, a kid’s studio and even a pet spa.
According to The Real Deal, Crescent Heights bought the land for the project in late 2010 for $59 million – which was apparently a “massive discount” after a previous sponsor, SunCal Cos, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
