Sunset Boulevard Traffic Enforcement
During the week of June 6 through June 12, 2016, a week long campaign for speed and noise violations were conducted on Sunset Blvd with high visibility and enforcement. BHPD was able to make an impact on speeding violations. In addition, the Department had received several complaints of noise violations, however no violations were observed. It should be noted that many of the noise complaints stemmed from loud exhaust noise including exotic cars that have loud exhaust systems but are legal.
