End result for the dawn patrol is waist-chest high waves on the drained side for well exposed spots, while standouts see shoulder/head high sets. Light winds early for mainly clean conditions. Tide push helps through most of the morning as it heads for a 4.1′ high at 1:35pm.
Short-Term Forecast for North LA: SSE/S swell from Dolores starts to ease in the afternoon. Tide backs out to a 2.2′ low at 7:00pm. Light+ southerly winds later in the morning and into the afternoon will ease late. Chance of showers and thunderstorms through the day.
