The townhouse in the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building, is 6,020 square feet and was designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan.
The Century is home to Rihanna, Candy Spelling and Nobu Matshuisa. Matthew Perry recently purchased an entire floor in the complex.
