The concert will feature Ola Gjeilo’s “Dark Night of the Soul” for chorus, string quartet and piano. Gjeilo’s work is based on a sixteenth-century text attributed to St. John of the Cross. Gjeilo’s music has been performed at some of the world’s most acclaimed music halls and is now yours to hear at the Parish of St. Matthew in our own backyard.
