The delightful, musical comedy, “Moscow, Cherry Town,” follows a newly-wed museum guide and his bride, a construction worker, a government chauffeur, and an explosive expert as they seek highly sought-after, new high-rise apartments in Khrushchev’s 1959 Moscow. When several bungling, inept, and corrupt Russian bureaucrats attempt to grab the apartments for themselves, a madcap race for the space ensues.
