Seven spanking-new short plays take center stage for two weekends starting September 25 at The Lyric Hyperion Theater+Café, Silver Lake’s hip new spot for arts and eats.
The Lyric Hyperion Writers Workout presents HOT SHORTS, the first assortment of one-acts to come out of the theater’s new ongoing workshop for professional playwrights. The plays are as short as ten minutes, and explore themes ranging from absurd to poignant to hilarious.
