Elderly Recovery House

Elderly Recovery House is a six-resident capacity residential care home. We have hospice waiver, dementia care and bedridden care approval from California Department of Social Services. It is owned and administrated by medical doctors. It holds the highest standard of services.

All caregivers are cleared by criminal record checking and pre-employment physical. The three shifts around the clock provide the residents personal care and assistance.
All caregivers are trained by the administrator besides First Aid certificate.

The house sits in a HOA community with a lot of social activities. The residents will have all the privileges to use the club house, gym and swimming pools. Hiking trail goes around the community with beautiful mountain views. Escorting service for walking or hiking is part of the daily or weekly activities per residents’ preference.
The common living area is designed for enjoying soothing nature inside and outside. The back yard is built for outdoor gardening and sports, and for dementia resident safely wandering. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe with security patrol 24 X 7. Front surveillance camera also monitors the ins and outs. Auditory system is in each room and on exit doors to alert the caregiver and call for attention. Residents are welcome to move in with their own furniture and decoration to make the private room as at home.

Nutritious meals and snacks are purchased weekly from Trader Joes and Costco. We make personalized menu at the time of evaluating residents before moving in. All utensils have the color to increase appetite by scientific studies. All diet to suit medical condition is available. Meals are prepared fresh and juice is made of fruits only. Healthy life style is encouraged in the house.

House physician, cosmetologist and chiropractor are available. Doctor administrator lives nearby and on-site supervision is more than five days a week. Transportation will be arranged for doctors’ visit, shopping, and field trips. Escorting service is provided also for the better co-ordination in between multiple health care providers. All the medical condition allowed by Title 22 will be accepted.

We welcome families to participate in improving their loved one’s living by spying on us. Come at night, early morning, and meal time! We don’t have fixed visiting hours. On site tour is available by appointment. We appreciate your loving for our residents greatly. We work together to make the residents enjoy each and every day. Family overnight visiting could be accommodated at next door house upon request with reasonable charge.

We do not handle cash, and all residents have to get their own representatives at the time of evaluation of application. Application is available by request via e-mail to the administrator. The administrator will conduct face to face evaluation before the acceptance; a care plan will be done upon moving in. The base rate is $3500 per month as the recession price. We know that you will not find the same quality elsewhere. We accept respite care (short term) or long term care. We make Elderly Recovery House a sweet home with five star hotel services.
