In the midst of your meditation practice do you ever notice:
your body tightening and getting uncomfortable?
your mind fixating on mundane things?
find yourself trapped in a vortex of emotion?
If we take a few moments before we start our practice, more spaciousness and awareness where we feel more ease and relaxation in the body, along with
alertness and clarity of the mind, and an opening and softening of the heart may result. We can learn practical ways to loosen the grip. Find out how in 2012.
Each Tuesday for six consecutive Tuesdays starting January 17, we will begin with ½ hour of energizing body movements to release tensions, followed by a 30 minute sit and concluding with discussion and Q & A.
This program is open to beginners and advanced meditators.
