A fireworks show set to the music of Oscar-wining
composer John Williams is scheduled to follow tonight’s Los Angeles Dodgers-St. Louis Cardinals game at Dodger Stadium.

Fans will be invited onto the field to watch the show, which will take place before 11 p.m. and is subject to cancellation if the game lasts too long.

DJ Morgan Page will present a pregame DJ set at 6:40 p.m. from atop the Dodger dugout. He will also throw the ceremonial first pitch. His latest album, “DC to Light,” is set to be released Tuesday.

The national anthem will be performed by Tahj Mowry, a co-star on the ABC Family comedy “ Baby Daddy” and star of the 1997-99 WB comedy “Smart Guy.”

Lee Lacy, a Dodger second baseman-outfielder from 1972-78, will sign autographs in the left field pavilion plaza from 5-7 p.m.

Other pregame entertainment will include a stilt walker in the left field pavilion plaza and DJ Adam in the right field pavilion plaza, both from 5-7 p.m.

The Military Heroes of the Game will be U.S. Army Warrant Officer Joshua Creadick of Burbank and Navy E-6 Damage Controlman Petty Officer First Class Rene Saavedra of Los Angeles.

Creadick served two deployments to Afghanistan and one to Iraq. Saavedra completed two deployments to the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is currently an explosives handler and instructor at Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach.

With their 7-1 loss Thursday night, the Dodgers’ all-time series lead over the Cardinals shrank to two games, 1,017-1,015, with 16 games ending in ties.

Auto gates will open at 4:40 p.m. and stadium gates at 5:10 p.m. Pregame ceremonies will begin at 6:55 p.m. for the 7:10 p.m. game.
