Santa Monica’s Big Blue Bus and Pasadena’s Art Center College have joined together to present a showcase of the “Bus of the Future,†on September 26 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The design team will present futuristic concept drawings, animation and actual vehicle models.
Following the presentation, a symposium titled “Transportation Transformation – Going from Concept to Reality†will feature leading transit, futurist, environmental and design experts who will discuss how to move advanced vehicle designs off the drawing board and onto the streets. The event is free in conjunction with the AltCar Expo at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, 1855 Main Street, Santa Monica.
