as Zane Buzby informs us of the organization she founded, The Survivor
Mitzvah Project.
This is literally a life-saving mission that assists the last remaining Jewish
Holocaust survivors scattered around Eastern Europe (living in solitude
and fear) to secure the basic necessities of life — food, medicine, heat
and shelter. Take the time to learn how the Survivor Mitzvah Project is
actively working to help these people live out their last days of life with
comfort, support and dignity.
In 1939, much of the
world seemingly turned
its back on the Jews of
Eastern Europe.
