The restaurant is the brainchild of the mega-successful creators of California Pizza Kitchen, Larry Flax and Rick Rosenfield, and features a full line of burgers, sandwiches, salads, wok specials and creative favorites from around the world. The LA Food Show is destined to become as popular as CPK.
LA Food Show is very successful in its first Manhattan Beach location. The dynamic partners once again feature the kitchen as the heart of the restaurant, with an upstairs balcony overlooking the floor below. A full bar on premises is a complete departure from the CPK format.
Rosenfield and Flax have brought together their favorite menu items from around the world. At LA Food Show they do for the humble burger what they did for the pizza, bringing it to a new level of creativity and gastronomic elegance. The Burger has been distinctly redesigned to include turkey, Ahi and salmon. Alternately, there are veggie burgers and cheeseburgers with Cheese.
Other favorites, said partner Larry Flax include fried chicken and waffles, grilled vegetable salad, miso seafood salad, Garlic Ginger noodles and Aloha steak. The menu is international in scope and moderate in price.
The LA Food Show Grill and Bar is opening on October 23 at 252 North Beverly Drive.
