BRÜ HAUS on Wilshire Boulevard no-longer

A popular German beer house and gastropub has permanently closed.
BRÜ HAUS, located at 11831 Wilshire Boulevard will not be reopening.
While the company did not release an official statement, a For Lease sign on its front doors is indication that the bar won’t be coming back. In addition, the gastropub’s status on Facebook is listed as “Permanently Closed.”
It’s one of the latest to fold under the strain of a pandemic.
“At the BRÜ HAUS, we’ve curated and imported the best of German Beer. It just takes one sip to know what real beer tastes like,” reads the pub’s Facebook description. “The BRÜ HAUS in LA imports the most authentic of those experiences, we’ve established a true German pub in the heart of LA. Here our taps are lined with (what we think) are the best beers in the world, a celebration of the best of German brewing tradition and technique. To go with it, our kitchen puts out some of the best bar food this side of the International Date Line.”
