The Los Angeles Galaxy is advising fans to arrive at StubHub Center as early as possible for tonight’s CONCACAF Champions League quarterfinal match against Mexico’s Santos Laguna.
Fans not arriving by 6 p.m. for the 7 p.m. game will risk missing the start of the game because of expected heavy traffic and congested streets, a team executive said.
Limited parking will be available because of parking for nighttime classes at Cal State Dominguez Hills, where StubHub Center is located.
Fans are encouraged to carpool. New Uber users can receive a discount by registering through the Galaxy at uber.com/go/lagalaxy16. Fans can be picked up and dropped off using Uber at the main entrance off Avalon Boulevard.
Parking Gates A and D will open at 2 p.m. with all other parking gates opening at 4 p.m. All stadium gates will open at 5:30 p.m.
