ORT, the largest global non-governmental Jewish education organization will host a three day conference at the JW Marriott/Le Merigot, 1740 Ocean Avenue in Santa Monica Saturday, March 9, 2013 – Monday, March 11, 2013.
The schedule is:
Saturday, March 9: A tour of “stars’ homes†in Los Angeles and cocktail reception at the legendary Hotel Bel-Air, where everyone can meet one another and share each other’s company.
Sunday, March 10: The ORT America Annual Meeting, coupled with a full day of leadership training, featuring presentation by renowned speaker Deborah Grayson Riegel on “Appreciative Inquiry: Shifting Your Organization’s Focus from Problems to Possibilities,†along with the investiture of ORT America’s new Board of Directors and a special focus on ORT America’s Next Generation program.
Monday, March 11: A tour of Los Angeles ORT College and the new Board’s inaugural meeting.
Event room rate: $249 per night (event is “ORT America Leadership Institute†) until Feb. 15, 2013.
Registration Fee: $75 until Feb. 15, 2013; after that date, $90.
Travel to the event is the responsibility of each participant.
