Passion: The Number One Habit of Successful Individuals

Passion is the invisible factor that pushes us to try harder, to work better and to reach higher in order to achieve our goals. Photo by: John Morgan
Have you ever wondered what makes people succeed in life? Or, what is that recipe for achieving your most desired goals is? Passion is the key ingredient

Many people believe that in order to be successful and to achieve their goals, they have to work hard, take risks and at the same time they have to believe in themselves. These are necessary but one also needs one more “ingredient†; passion.

Passion is defined by Sadat Ali from makingmoneyformula.com as one of the most powerful, creative and at the same time influential forces known to man. In other words, it is that invisible factor that pushes us to try harder, to work better and to reach higher in order to achieve our goals.

Michael Port, creator of the Book Yourself Solid System mentions in his book that if people are not passionate about what they are doing, if their hearts are not in it or if the things they are trying to accomplished does not have meaning for them, they are not going to devote the time and energy required to be successful. I completely agree with Michael.

When I first started writing articles and blogs, I felt as if no one was reading my articles; no audience, no recognition no pay. Passion kept me writing. I love what I do and I love to make a difference in people’s lives, and thanks to these articles, I can do that. Finally, after much typing, I caught the attention of newspaper and magazine editors and garnered writing assignments; my passionate pursuit led me to some success.

By doing what we love and loving what we do, plus doing all of the necessary tasks with a dash of passion, we will be able to be more efficient and construct a better future for ourselves.

Give passion a try. Next time you are faced with a new task or challenge try to believe in yourself, work extremely hard to accomplish your goals, and most of all to try to feel passionate about what you are doing.

Remember; “follow your passion and be passionate about the things you follow, and success will follow you. ~ Arthur Buddhold ~
