Read it anywhere

You like to read?  I know I do.  The difficult part for me is having my book handy for when I want to read, when I have those few moments when I can shut out the real world and focus on some other one.  I’ve written about the Amazon Kindle in the past and what a great device it is for reading books.  I assume you’ve also heard once or twice about the Apple iPhone too.  Are you ready for the marriage of a lifetime?  Say hello to reading anywhere, anytime.  Say hello to Kindle for iPhone.

With your iPhone or iPod Touch in hand, you now have access to over 240,000 books that are currently being sold by Amazon.com.  Now you can download right on the spot any book you want.  Even more, if you can believe this, if you are a Kindle owner, your books will keep in sync with the books you now have on your iPhone or iPod touch.  Say you are at home, reading your Kindle by the fire, relaxing and enjoying.  You put the thing down and make a run to the market.  Long line there, right?  You grab your iPhone and there is the very same book you were reading, and not only that, it is on the same page you were on when you were at home reading on your Kindle!  Absolutely magical!  Now there is truly no excuse not to spend more time reading.  Oh and did I mention this application is FREE? Need some simple highlights?  How about these:

·       Buy a book on your PC or Mac and get it auto-delivered wirelessly to your iPhone or iPod touch

·       Search and browse more than 240,000 books, including more than 104 of 112 New York Times bestsellers

·       Find New York Times bestsellers and new releases for $9.99, unless marked otherwise

·      Get free book samples. Read the first chapter for free before you decide to buy

·      Books you purchase can also be read on a Kindle

·      Kindle newspapers, magazines and blogs are not currently available on the iPhone or iPod touch
