Join more than 10,000 volunteers and clear trash and ocean-bound debris at 70 locations throughout Los Angeles County on Saturday, September 19th from 9am-12pm.
Heal the Bay’s annual event teaches participants about how to prevent ocean pollution year-round while beautifying their environs all while having a great time on a Saturday morning.
More than 70,000 pounds of trash and recyclables were collected last year; just think of what can be done this year!
All ages and physical abilities welcome. No special equipment or experience necessary.
There will be Site captains at each of the 70 spots to organize and direct a diverse mix of individuals, families, neighborhoods, community groups, schools, faith-based groups, sports teams and businesses.
