SM-based Prosser Stevens Joins Forces with Concord RE Services

Full-service real estate company Concord Real Estate Services has acquired Prosser Stevens Real Estate Investments, a 12-person multifamily investment sales team based in Santa Monica, CA, announced Concord CEO and founder Reuben Robin.
The acquisition of Prosser Stevens brings to Concord one of the most successful multifamily sales teams in Southern California. Founded in 2011 by veteran investment sales specialists Kenny Stevens and Heidi Prosser Stevens, the independent firm operating under the Keller Williams Commercial Realty umbrella, quickly became the number one multifamily investment sales team in the entire Keller Williams 80,000-agent North American network.
“We have been in discussions with Concord for more than a year and chose to move forward because of the huge opportunity to grow together as a combined team,” said Heidi Prosser Stevens, who joins Concord as Chief Operating Officer & Managing Partner. “Keller Williams gave us the tools to run a successful real estate business, but being part of Concord allows us to take advantage of a synergistic full-service platform that does not exist at other boutique commercial real estate firms.”
Concord Real Estate Services, http://www.concord-re.com, is a vertically integrated full-service commercial real estate firm with 30 brokerage professionals representing owners and investors of multifamily, retail, and office assets throughout greater Los Angeles.   Under Robin, who formed the firm in 2007, Concord Real Estate Services has now grown to more than 60 employees actively involved in sales and leasing, property management, asset management, construction management, capital markets and research.
Kenny Stevens and Heidi Prosser Stevens have a combined 30 years of experience in the Southern California commercial real estate industry.  Collectively they have been involved in more than 300 multifamily transactions valued at more than $1 billion.  They head a prominent group of agents joining Concord including top performers Mike Matthias, Eric von Bluecher, and Brandon Weigelt.
The acquisition unites Kenny Stevens, who joins Concord as Managing Partner, and Reuben Robin who worked together 15 years ago when both were successful brokers at a large Los Angeles-based brokerage firm.
“Kenny and I each shared a vision of building our own successful real estate businesses and now we can do that together,” said Robin.   Heidi and Kenny recognized what we have built here and we are all excited about the synergy that we can cultivate to bring even greater value to our clients.   I’ve been watching the growth of Prosser Stevens and the addition of their team is a huge coup for Concord,” said Robin.
Concord also announced that Sara Vita has joined the firm as Director of Operations. Vita spent 15 years at Marcus and Millichap in a variety of management roles.   Most recently she headed the Major Account Services Department out of the firm’s corporate offices based Calabasas, CA.  She will be responsible for overseeing office operations and procedures, administrative staff, human resources and facilities management.
To accommodate the firm’s current and future growth, Concord has taken an additional 4,000 square feet of space at its existing headquarters located at 449 S. Beverly Drive in Beverly Hills. Under the terms of the new lease, Concord will occupy the entire 9,000-square-foot first floor of the three-story professional office building.  The entire Prosser Stevens team, which was officed at Keller Williams Santa Monica will relocate to Concord’s newly expanded headquarters.
