Stephanie Edwards is the Honorary Chair for The Santa Monica History Museum’s Silver Anniversary year and Annual Gala Tribute Dinner which will honor Louise and Bob Gabriel, museum founders, Kris Andresen, museum architect and a long-time supporter, Mary Ann Powell, CEO of Pacific Park at Santa Monica Pier. The dinner will be held on September 15, 2013 at the Historic Casa del Mar Hotel.
Edwards began her career as an actress but became known for her television hosting duties; she is a long time co-host of the Annual Tournament of Roses Parade. Edwards and her husband, Murray MacCleod, lived in Santa Monica for 17 years and stated that they miss it and was with the museum, then known as the Santa Monica Historical Society, from its inception in 1975.
