Learn how your body works — and make it work for you! This interactive program will demonstrate; how the body works, and what to do and not to do when sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, twisting, or sleeping.
Learn how to prevent injury while learning new movement patterns. Movement sequences will involve integrated muscle groups to simultaneously increase flexibility, strength, coordination, balance and endurance.
