C.W. Driver, a premier builder serving the Western U.S. since 1919, is pleased to announce the addition of Tan Warren as director of business development. In her new position, Warren will focus on finding and securing construction projects in the healthcare and skilled nursing markets in Southern California.
“In an unstable economy, Tan has the keen ability to understand clients’ needs, as well as what monetary and economic drivers will determine the future course of hospital and skilled nursing construction,†said C.W. Driver Senior VP of Business Development Bob Maxwell, noting that Warren’s in-depth knowledge of healthcare from the perspective of both owners and architects are huge advantages. “We are very excited to have a person of Tan’s caliber on board.â€
Some of Warren’s tasks will include positioning, promoting, marketing and securing construction work for the healthcare and skilled nursing industries — two of C.W. Driver’s key markets. Warren also will develop alliances and partnerships in those key C.W. Driver arenas.
Prior to joining C.W. Driver, Warren worked in the healthcare business development division of global architectural design firm RTKL Associates’ Los Angeles office.
