Join the actors and actresses, directors, writers and designers of the world-renowned Santa Monica Playhouse in celebration of “2009: The Year of the Glass Slipper†– the 25th anniversary of the Playhouse’s internationally acclaimed musical “Cinderella†– seen by more than a quarter of a million people to date. Come in costume and vie for the exciting prizes awarded the winners of the Costume Parade. Special guests and Emcees will include “Cinderella†alumni from across the globe. All proceeds from this event support the Santa Monica Playhouse Diversity-in-Education Family Theatre Program, providing life-changing theatre experiences for underserved and socio-economically disadvantaged children, young people, adults and seniors throughout our community.
