This workshop is offered as an opportunity to experience the Buddhist approach to recovering from all forms of addiction. Participants are asked to attend all sessions and homework will be assigned each week. We encourage people who are new to recovery to attend as a support to their recovery. Those who have been in 12- step recovery for a long time already are also encouraged to attend so that they can get to know this new way of approaching recovery. We hope that this will be the beginning of creating Buddhist recovery “mentors” for new people as they join our groups.
