Weight Loss from the Inside Out:. Spend a Day Learning About Weighty Issues Affecting You.

On Saturday, November 21st, Heal Your Hunger will host a all day event from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm at the Loewe’s Hotel in Santa Monica.

“Weight Loss from the Inside Out†is a holistic, integrative approach to weight loss that addresses the underlying causes of overeating, weight gain, botched weight loss efforts and food cravings.

Speakers will address all aspects of changing your eating habits from unhealthy to good and will include:

Dr. Hyla Cass on “Is Your Body Making You Fat — How Your Biochemistry Affects Your Weight and What to Do About It†.

Jonny Bowden: “The Carb Conundrum: Discerning the Truth (once and for all) About Carbs and your Body.

Actress Sheila Kelly will give a talk on “Embracing Your Body: Simple Steps to Transform Body Shame into Body Acceptance†.

Roy Nelson, who lost 120 pounds and has kept it off for 33 years, will speak about the “7 Spiritual Laws of Weight Loss†that can heal the underlying causes of overeating and obesity.

Ana Brett and Ravi Singh will speak and demonstrate “Fat Free Yoga: If You Can Breathe – You Can Do It!â€

“Isn’t it time for a change – time for a healthier, happier you?†asks Tricia Greaves, President and Founder of Heal Your Hunger, and organizer of the event. “Rather than OUTSIDE solutions to our weight issues which research shows fail 98% of the time, we are providing this opportunity for people to learn a new, long-lasting approach to their eating, weight loss and themselves.â€

If your answer is yes, then go to: www.wtlossinsideout.com or RSVP to the event by contacting Tricia Greaves at 310-242-1262 or Dr. Talia Witkowski at (310) 384-6317.
