Popular co-working company WeWork, recently signed a 15-year-lease for 64,000-square-feet of space at 10250 Constellation Place, reports The Real Deal.
WeWork’s new space is now situated in the same building as the prestigious ICM Partners.
The lease is with JMB Financial Advisors and We Work is paying $4 per square foot a month, at a total cost of more than $46 million. L.A. Realty Partners’ Hunt Barnett and Gary Weiss were the listing brokers, and WeWork represented itself in the deal.
In the last two years, WeWork has moved aggressively into the L.A. market. In April, the company signed on for at least 75,000 square feet at Hudson Pacific Partners’ Playa Vista project, called the Landing, at 12655 West Jefferson Blvd. Around the same time, it also announced expansions in Culver City and Pasadena.
WeWork debuted in Los Angeles in 2011, with a 35,700-square-foot space at 7083 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood.
The company is slated to open its Century City offices in the spring of 2017.
