Lois Leonhardi has been a committed student of yoga since 1995 and her practice is primarily influenced by the teachings of Richard Freeman, Patthabi Jois, BKS Iyengar, H.H. Dalai Lama and Dr. Vasant Lad.
Drawing on this background, Lois takes great care to work patiently with each individual, tailoring yoga classes to specific physical (sciatic pain, low back, neck, etc.) or emotional/energetic ( i.e. stress, anxiety, grief, emotional eating, etc.) needs.
Her nature is intuitive, serious and focused, but she manages a good balance of lightness with the work.
